The new model EXPLORER is powered by the hi-revving LEI 125cc single cylinder four stroke engine. The engine has been revised for all models across our entire range of newly released ATV's. The usually tame 125cc engine has been given a dose of steroids with a lightened crankshaft, boosted compression ratio and revised ignition timing. The gearbox ratio's have been lowered to help with that steep hill climb and it's all transferred into drive through a wet bathed Posi-drive semi-automatic clutch. What does all this mean??? Not only is there more power and torque available across the entire rev range but throttle response is quicker and more controlled, giving you a much more enjoyable riding experience.

Handling is precise, predictable and comfortable. Engineered directly from the racing frame, the new EXPLORER is purpose built for the toughest of terrains. A heavy duty single pivot swingarm with adjustable heavy duty monoshock takes care of the traction department while the independant double wishbone front suspension with adjustable heavy duty shockers provides an extrematly comfortable ride with less vibration through the handlebars and supreme steering control. Braking power is controlled and predictable due to the longlife dual front drum brake and rear hydraulic disc brake with cross-drilled disc rotor.

Finished off with scratch resistant satin black powdercoating and colour coded suspension, the EXPLORER is assembled using high quality stainless steel bolts and locking nuts throughout. The superior build quality along with the extra ground clearance of the oversized 8" wheel and tyre package means this bike will stand the test of time while taking you places no other 125cc quad can go!
